  • Original Samson’s Sauce is our classic mild, savory all-purpose sauce. Samson’s Town & Country Sauce is slightly sweet with a touch of heat.

  • Yes. Our 5 oz bottles are available for local delivery to ZIP codes 28152 and 27313, or for free pickup in Shelby, North Carolina. These 5 oz bottles cannot currently be shipped.

Policies

  • Shipping, local delivery, and pickup options vary by product and destination. Available options and any applicable charges will be shown during checkout.

  • For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges of food products once they have left our possession.

    All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

    If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

    Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification. Orders not collected within that period may be canceled and refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and inventory-holding costs.

    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
